Expect bold themes, unexpected pairings and just the right splash of Seattle sass in every pour. One week it’s smooth and sultry, the next it’s bold and bubbly – because basic is boring.

This week, we're pouring Don Fulano Tequila! Our featured cocktails will be:

• Monterita: Don Fulano Blanco, Amaro Montenegro, lime, agave

• Don Daisy: Don Fulano Blanco, orange brandy, lemon, agave topped with soda

• Fiery Fulano: Pepper-Infused Don Fulano Blanco, grapefruit, soda, lime juice
